Pinterest is my go to place for anchor charts! (I really need a sub folder within my ELA board just for charts!) I love this one… I am a sucker for anything with sticky notes!

Love this idea! Common Core has such a strong focus on building vocab. I think I even have the perfect spot in my classroom…

I love the idea of students using symbols on their post its! What a great way to spice up close reading activities!
6. Books for boys!
I would be lying if I said that ALL of my boys in my room LOVE to read. Don’t get me wrong… there are a few. I have to go through this list and make sure I have everyone of these! I want to make readers out of all my students!
7. Apps for Struggling Readers
In my dream world, I teach in a one-to-one classroom for technology. In real-life I teach at school with BYOT (bring your own technology) Hopefully I can use these apps in the near future!

What a clever way to show the variations of words! This would be a great class activity made resource!
